All WrapDrop sales are final.
WrapDrop graphics are produced to order as part of scheduled Drop releases, so orders cannot be returned to regular inventory after purchase. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Exclusive Drops carry an additional permanence promise: once the stated sales window closes or the edition sells out, the artwork is retired and will not be re-advertised, restocked, or offered for sale again. This helps preserve the legitimacy of each limited release.
Damaged Orders & Production Errors
If your order arrives damaged or there is a verified production error, contact WrapDrop so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
